Full Service
Our full service plans include a weekly balancing of primary chemistry, surface brushing, and routine debris removal. Your technician will inspect your equipment and may offer tips to prolong the life of your system. We apply a chemical tile scrub, calculate the Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) and adjust accordingly, vacuum your pool surface and thoroughly clean your filter every four weeks. Service reports with pictures are e-mailed at the conclusion of each visit.

How often should my pool be serviced
The frequency of pool service depends on several factors such as the size of the pool, the type of filter system, and how often the pool is used. However, most pools should be serviced at least once a week to maintain water clarity and sanitation levels.
What does a standard pool service include?
Within each cycle, on a weekly basis, we brush the pool basin, brush the tile line, measure and log the basic chemistry (sanitizer and pH), make any necessary chemical adjustments, skim out any debris, and perform a cursory inspection of the equipment pad. In that, the most important task is brushing. Like our dentist tells us to brush our teeth to avoid buildup, we need to brush the basin to avoid the staining and discoloration caused by microalgae.
At scheduled points within each cycle, we do a deep dive into the chemistry evaluating your LSI (this is a vital benchmark of the water's health and will protect the basin as well as the equipment); make any chemical adjustments necessary to balance the LSI; vacuum the pool; wash the filter element; and apply a chemical tile soap to the tile to minimize buildup from sunblock and bodily deposits. A properly balanced LSI will prevent etching and scaling but can also preserve the lifespan of the equipment.
At the end of each service, you will receive an email report outlining the services performed, chemical readings and adjustments made, picture(s) of the finished product, and any notes we would like to relay to you.
Why is my pool water cloudy?
Cloudy pool water can be caused by several factors, including improper chemical balance, high calcium hardness levels, poor filtration, or the presence of algae. A pool professional can test your water and recommend the appropriate treatment.
Why is my pool losing water?
Pools can lose water due to evaporation, splash-out, or leaks. If you suspect a leak because the water loss is greater than what can be attributed to evaporation or splash-out, it's best to contact a pool professional for a leak detection service.
How do I get rid of algae in my pool?

The ideal pH level for a swimming pool is typically between 7.2 and 7.6. This range is safe for swimmers and helps sanitizers work effectively. With the use of stabilizer in most outdoor pools, pH does not have the same impact on chlorine as it otherwise would. That being said, pH is an important part of the overall health of the water as it relates to the basin and your pool equipment. We monitor and manage the saturation index of your pool because a complete view of pool chemistry is vital for the long term health of your entire pool system.
