Within each cycle, on a weekly basis, we brush the pool basin, brush the tile line, measure and log the basic chemistry (sanitizer and pH), make any necessary chemical adjustments, skim out any debris, and perform a cursory inspection of the equipment pad. In that, the most important task is brushing. Like our dentist tells us to brush our teeth to avoid buildup, we need to brush the basin to avoid the staining and discoloration caused by microalgae.At scheduled points within each cycle, we do a deep dive into the chemistry evaluating your LSI (this is a vital benchmark of the water’s health and will protect the basin as well as the equipment); make any chemical adjustments necessary to balance the LSI; vacuum the pool; wash the filter element; and apply a chemical tile soap to the tile to minimize buildup from sunblock and bodily deposits. A properly balanced LSI will prevent etching and scaling but can also preserve the lifespan of the equipment.At the end of each service, you will receive an email report outlining the services performed, chemical readings and adjustments made, picture(s) of the finished product, and any notes we would like to relay to you.
